The worse GE product I ever purchased. Been buying GE products for over fifty year, this was the worse thing I ever purchased. Product from day one did not cool and made loud noises. Only good thing that happened the store sent it back and we had to purchase another product.

New Refrigerator was DOA. Never got cold.

I bought a brand new refrigerator and it arrived with a dead motor. All the food I had stocked it with has spoiled. Replacement won't be here until the end of the week. I have a broken ankle so, can't drive to get any food in the meantime. I live alone. Will review when I have a functioning refrigerator and I am reimbursed for my food. Appliance store sent out someone to look at it.

The Refrigerator is a welcome addition to our home. Our old one would not shut off so we had to get a new one that would fit in the cut out in the kitchen. Hitchners gave us a great price and their deliver persons were very professional and had the old one out and the new one installed in a half an hour. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I have purchased either Kenmore or GE for years. After having my old fridge for 22 years, it started to give me problems. I went to a small appliance store and bought thinking it would be similar to my old fridge. Its not. I hate this fridge. The freezer door does always seal so you have to make sure its shut. My produce goes bad faster because the crisper drawers don't seem to help. It runs a lot and makes funny noises. If I could return it and find something else I would. I paid over a 1,000...fir something thats maybe worth 300.00. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

We went for the standard freezer-on-top model and are very pleased. The frost free refrigerator cooled down and the freezer froze in a very short time. The smooth black finish is very appealing. The doors will close on their own, which is really nice. The shelving is tempered glass and has several placement options. We trust we will get many years of service from this GE fridge.

Pretty nice but freezer temperature goes up unexpectedly for no reason. It is only 3 weeks old and it has happened twice. I turned temperature all the to coldest now. Had one just like this model and the same thing happened. Obviously a flaw of ge products. I did get it replaced due to my extended warranty. Not totally pleased.

Just had it installed 10am today. So far so good. Freezer chilled fairly quickly, about 4-6 hours. Going to wait a full 24 hours before putting food in the freezer, as recommended. Refrigerator is still in the process of chilling 8 hours later.

We had this garage ready refrigerator/freezer install 7/8/24 in the garage with the dials set at the recommended number (3). The refrigerator did not go below 53 We adjusted dials to 4 and the temp went to 50. The dials are now set to 5 and the temp is now 42 while not opening the doors for 3 days. In the freezer the Ice Cream is soft. We have only open the doors to check the temp

Good refrigerator for a garage! Vegetable bins small; shelves too low even for short people to get into. Refrigerator door does not close automatically, have to be vigilant about making sure it is shut. Freezer would be great if the top shelf extended to the back of the freezer. Very little can be stored on the top shelf, otherwise items get pushed back & fall to the bottom shelf. Wasted space!
